We are seeking an experienced ECT Dispatcher to join our team. This role is responsible for assisting Operations to support drivers efficiently and effectively.

Responsibilities
  • Communicate clearly and consistently with high integrity both internally and externally.
  • Manage drivers during extended coverage shifts.
  • Accurately enter data into company computer systems.
  • Escalate and/or resolve problems per guidelines.
  • Work with team members to solve problems.
  • Provide clear work instructions to drivers.
  • Demonstrate high resource utilization.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent (Required).
  • Strong customer service skills.
  • Proficient communicator in English (Required).
  • Bilingual - Proficient communicator in English and Spanish (Preferred).
  • Basic knowledge of motor carrier operations and geography.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
