Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain production and quality by ensuring the efficient operation of machinery and mechanical equipment.
  • Identify and troubleshoot issues by observing mechanical devices in operation, listening for problems, and using precision measuring and testing instruments.
  • Perform repairs and maintenance on all machinery and equipment, including bucket elevators, conveyors, compressors, pumps, pneumatic and hydraulic systems.
  • Manage equipment, parts, and supplies inventories.

Requirements:

  • Associate degree in Mechanical Maintenance or equivalent combination of experience and education.
  • At least 5 years of heavy industrial mechanical and millwright experience in a continuous operating (24/7) manufacturing environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to pay attention to detail and continual diligence about follow-up.
  • Knowledgeable of root cause and fault-free analysis techniques.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
