Athletic Performance Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Athletic Performance Specialist to join our team at St. Luke's Hospital. As a key member of our sports medicine department, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sports performance training programs for individual and group athletes.
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science or a related field and a minimum of 1-2 years of experience as a performance coach working directly with athletes. A Master's degree is preferred.
Key Responsibilities:- Design and implement sports performance training programs for athletes of various levels (youth, high school, collegiate, adult, and elite)
- Conduct human performance assessments and interpret results to inform effective program design
- Collaborate with sports medicine personnel to develop injury prevention, rehabilitation, and reconditioning plans
- Maintain a safe and organized training environment
- Prepare and conduct education sessions on sports performance topics
- Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science or a related field
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience as a performance coach
- Valid driver's license and ability to drive without restriction
- Certifications such as CSCC, CSCS, or NASM PES are preferred
