Key Responsibilities:

  • Conducting title and survey assessments
  • Performing thorough due diligence evaluations
  • Creating and managing closing checklists
  • Drafting and overseeing commercial loan documentation
  • Executing UCC searches and filings
  • Coordinating closing paperwork
  • Collaborating directly with institutional lenders, title companies, and other stakeholders to address issues as they emerge

Required Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in commercial lending or commercial real estate as a paralegal or bank closer (excluding title closers)
  • Preferred experience with law firms and commercial lending institutions.
  • Proven ability to organize and prioritize a variety of tasks
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills are essential
  • Capability to work both independently and collaboratively
