About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant to join our team at Blumenthal Health & Rehabilitation Center in Greensboro, NC. As a CNA, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care to our residents, collaborating with healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality care, and making a meaningful difference in someone's life every day.

Responsibilities
  • Provide individualized care to residents according to their plan of care, including assisting with activities of daily living, mealtime activities, and mobility.
  • Monitor residents' health status and vital signs, reporting any changes or concerns to the nurse.
  • Engage residents in social and recreational activities to promote overall well-being.
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and organized living environment for residents.
Requirements
  • Active certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant in North Carolina.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented.
  • Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
