NetSuite Administrator

At Technology Recovery Group, we're seeking a detail-oriented NetSuite Administrator to join our team. As a NetSuite power user, you'll take ownership of standard administrative duties for our multi-subsidiary NetSuite environment. This opportunity is ideal for an independent NetSuite expert who wants to grow their functional capabilities and make an impact in a global organization.

• Triage, prioritize, and resolve internal NetSuite support tickets.
• Create and validate saved searches, reports, and web services for export.
• Document new and existing NetSuite processes and provide training to system users.
• Work with interdepartmental stakeholders to capture requirements for NetSuite development team.
• Provide user acceptance testing for new NetSuite functionality.
• Create workflows, dashboards, records, and fields to support system improvement.
• Create and maintain Celigo flows between NetSuite and other systems.

• 2-4 years of NetSuite administrator experience.
• NetSuite Administrator certification.
• 2-4 years of iPaaS experience (Celigo, Boomi, Tray IO, etc.).
• Technical writing/documentation skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively across teams and departments.
• Experience managing resources across several projects and priorities.
