Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Reliability Systems Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our engineering group, you will play a crucial role in advancing the R&M engineering practices for our DoD customer based in the DMV area.

The ideal candidate will have experience in reliability and maintainability engineering, with a strong understanding of model-based systems engineering and software development principles. You will work closely with the R&M community of practice and senior-level DoD customers to focus on key R&E modernization priorities and related policies, procedures, legislation, practices, guidance, standards, handbooks, and DoD workforce training.

In coordination with other federal agencies, academic, and industry partners, you will contribute to the advancement of reliable and maintainable weapon systems. Your expertise will be valuable in analyzing data, developing predictive models, and implementing data-driven solutions to improve system performance and reduce downtime.

We offer a competitive salary range of $150,000 - $185,000 per year, as well as opportunities for professional growth and development in a dynamic and diverse work environment.
