About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Part Time Store Associate. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, driving sales, and maintaining a positive store environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Centric Experience:
    • Engage with customers in a friendly and knowledgeable manner, creating a positive shopping experience.
    • Utilize sales programs to promote the sale of best solutions and additional products/services.
    • Maintain awareness of planned advertisements, promotions, and sales/loyalty programs.
  • Store Operations Commitment:
    • Maintain store and print department appearance to company guidelines.
    • Adhere to standards related to signage labeling and merchandise presentation.
    • Follow established sorting and stocking guidelines and complete freight processes.
  • Print and Tech Expertise:
    • Develop personal selling skills and product knowledge through sales and service tools.
    • Continued education in print and tech areas is expected, up to and including designated certifications.
  • Sales Techniques:
    • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and practices.
    • Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent education preferred.
  • No previous experience required.
  • Basic computer skills and ability to use technology for information and documentation.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills for establishing selling relationships.
  • Ability to read, count, and write for accurate documentation and inventory processing.
