Key Responsibilities- Assist pharmacists in preparing and dispensing medications, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
- Manage and maintain accurate inventory of medications and supplies, adhering to regulatory standards.
- Process and verify medication orders, ensuring timely and efficient delivery.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to resolve medication-related issues and improve patient outcomes.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives, contributing to the development and implementation of best practices.
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Current Pharmacy Technician certification required.
- Minimum of one (1) year of Pharmacy experience preferred, including preparation of IV solutions.
- Pharmacy Technician Certification through formal program preferred.
