Job Summary

Soliant Health is seeking highly skilled Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) to join our team in a school district near Goffstown, NH. We have both full-time and part-time positions available, offering a comprehensive caseload and opportunities for professional growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality speech and language therapy services to elementary students, focusing on assessment, treatment planning, and implementation.
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school staff to develop and implement individualized communication goals and strategies.
  • Conduct thorough assessments and develop treatment plans that address the unique needs of each student.
  • Implement therapy sessions and monitor student progress, making adjustments as needed to ensure optimal outcomes.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of student progress, therapy sessions, and evaluations.
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the development of student goals and accommodations.
  • Offer professional consultation to staff and parents regarding speech and language development and disorders.
  • Stay current with best practices through ongoing professional development and training.
  • Comply with district policies and procedures, ensuring a safe and supportive learning environment.
Requirements
  • Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution.
  • Valid state licensure or the ability to obtain one, with a strong preference for those holding CCCs.
  • Experience in a school setting is highly desirable, with a proven track record of success in providing speech and language therapy services.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills, with the ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
