Role Summary: Are you an experienced Class A CDL truck operator looking for a fulfilling and dynamic driving opportunity? Join WNNLAF as an East Coast Class A CDL Truck Operator. This position offers a balanced schedule of 15 days on the road followed by 3 days off, allowing you to enjoy quality time at home while fulfilling your driving passion.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Safely maneuver a tractor-trailer to deliver goods across the East Coast, including states such as Maine, New Hampshire, Vermont, Massachusetts, Rhode Island, Connecticut, New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Delaware, Maryland, Virginia, North Carolina, South Carolina, Georgia, and Florida.
  • Comply with all federal and state regulations, as well as company policies.
  • Perform comprehensive pre-trip and post-trip inspections to guarantee vehicle safety and adherence to standards.
  • Maintain effective communication with dispatchers, clients, and team members to ensure timely freight delivery.
  • Accurately log electronic records (ELDs) for cargo, routes, and driving hours.
  • Provide outstanding customer service by ensuring timely and safe delivery of freight.
  • Manage time efficiently to meet delivery deadlines and reduce downtime.

Qualifications:

  • Possession of a valid Class A CDL.
  • At least 6 months of recent, verifiable experience driving a tractor-trailer.
  • Clean driving history with no significant violations in the last three years.
  • Ability to successfully complete a DOT physical and drug screening.
  • Demonstrated strong work ethic, reliability, and professionalism.
  • Knowledge of DOT regulations and compliance requirements.
