Radiology Technician Travel Job Opportunity

FlexStaff is seeking a skilled Radiology Technician to join our team for a travel assignment in Staten Island, New York.

Job Description:

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Radiology Technician to work with our team in Staten Island, New York. As a Radiology Technician, you will be responsible for preparing patients for exams, positioning patients for radiographs, and operating x-ray equipment to obtain high-quality images.

Responsibilities:
  • Prepare patients for exams by explaining the procedure and obtaining consent forms as needed.
  • Position patients for radiographs according to departmental standard operating procedures.
  • Operate x-ray equipment to obtain correct exposures and monitor patient conditions during procedures.
  • Process and maintain exposed images, labeling them correctly and maintaining required records.
  • Perform related duties as required.
