About the Role:

We are looking for a compassionate and detail-oriented Physical Therapist Assistant to provide high-quality care to our patients in the comfort of their own homes. As a Physical Therapist Assistant, you will work closely with our Physical Therapist to develop and implement individualized plans of care, educate patients and their families, and ensure the safety of our patients.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide skilled physical therapy services as ordered by the attending physician
  • Assess patient conditions and notify the Physical Therapist of any changes
  • Develop and implement individualized plans of care to improve patient functional outcomes
  • Educate patients and their families on proper use of equipment and techniques
  • Document patient progress and maintain accurate records
Requirements:
  • Current license as a Physical Therapist Assistant in the state of employment
  • Minimum one year of experience as a PTA in an acute care setting
  • Valid driver's license and auto insurance
