Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Laundry Attendant to join our team at Residence Inn by Marriott. As a Laundry Attendant, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and orderliness of our laundry area, as well as maintaining the quality of our linens and towels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sort, wash, dry, and fold linens and towels to ensure they are clean and hygienic
  • Operate and maintain laundry equipment to ensure efficient and effective operation
  • Inspect linens for stains and damages, and report any issues to the supervisor
  • Stock and organize laundry supplies to ensure they are readily available
  • Ensure the cleanliness and orderliness of the laundry area, including the storage of linens and equipment

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Previous experience in laundry or housekeeping preferred
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to lift and move heavy laundry equipment and supplies
