Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Intensive Care Unit team at Research Medical Center. As an ICU RN, you will provide high-quality patient care to critically ill patients, working collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to ensure the best possible outcomes.

About this Role

Our ICU team is known for their exceptional skills, expertise, and dedication to delivering patient-centered care. As an ICU RN, you will have the opportunity to work with a variety of patients, including those with complex medical conditions, trauma, and cardiac issues. You will be responsible for assessing patients, developing and implementing individualized care plans, and collaborating with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care transitions.

Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality patient care to critically ill patients, including those with complex medical conditions, trauma, and cardiac issues.
  • Assess patients, develop and implement individualized care plans, and collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care transitions.
  • Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to ensure the best possible outcomes for patients.
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with the latest evidence-based practices and technologies.
Requirements
  • Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification within 60 months of employment start date.
  • Basic Cardiac Life Support (BLS) certification within 30 days of employment start date.
  • Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of employment.
  • Advanced Trauma Care for Nurses (ATCN) or Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC) certification within 1 year of employment start date.
