We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team in the PACU department at Pine Ridge Physicians Regional. As a PACU Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our healthcare system.
Key Responsibilities- Evaluate assigned patients and develop individualized care plans to ensure optimal outcomes.
- Assist physicians during examinations and procedures, providing support and expertise as needed.
- Perform various patient tests and administer medications within the scope of practice of the registered nurse.
- Promote patients' independence by establishing care goals and teaching patients and families to understand their conditions, medications, and self-care skills.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless patient care and achieve exceptional patient satisfaction.
- Current FL RN license.
- Associates Degree in Nursing, Bachelor's degree preferred.
- BLS and ACLS certifications.
- Minimum 2 years of nursing experience in ER, ICU, or PACU.
