Job Title: IT Specialist

As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation and strategic development of our technology infrastructure.

Responsibilities:

As an IT Specialist, you will oversee all aspects of IT, including end-user support, system administration, and security. Your primary focus will be on managing and maintaining our IT infrastructure, developing and implementing IT policies and procedures, and identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and productivity.

You will work closely with local and international teams to implement IT strategies that align with business goals, ensuring compliance with relevant IT regulations and standards. Additionally, you will be responsible for coaching computer users on various topics, managing IT projects, and maintaining an organized inventory of IT hardware.

Qualifications:

We are seeking an individual with excellent communication skills, strong knowledge of IT security best practices, and a general understanding of ERPs. A bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field is required, along with a minimum of 5 years of experience in a related IT field.
