Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at Northpoint Recovery Holdings, LLC. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will play a vital role in providing medical services to patients and overseeing their treatment plans.

With a strong focus on patient care and well-being, this role requires a compassionate and detail-oriented individual who is able to communicate effectively with patients, families, and other healthcare professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate medical services for patients and develop individualized treatment plans.
  • Administer medications and educate patients on proper usage.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation of patient interactions and treatment progress.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
  • Participate in quality assurance and compliance activities to maintain high standards of care.

Requirements:

  • Current, unencumbered LPN license in the state of employment.
  • At least 21 years of age.
  • Nationally accredited CPR/First Aid/AED certification.
  • Proficiency in electronic medical records systems.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Salary Information:

The estimated salary for this role is $25-33 per hour, based on industry standards and location.
