Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct thorough physical evaluations and develop personalized treatment plans to address the unique needs of each patient.
• Collaborate with patients, family members, and healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and support throughout the treatment process.
• Utilize evidence-based practices and stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in orthopaedic rehabilitation to provide the best possible outcomes for patients.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
• Bachelor's or master's degree in physical therapy from an accredited university program.
• Current state licensure as a physical therapist (PT) in Georgia or eligibility for licensure by examination.
• Valid Basic Life Support (BLS) certification and CPR training.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds or more, stand for long periods, and navigate physically demanding environments.
• Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMRs) and practice management software.
