At Arrow International, we are looking for an experienced Unity Developer to join our team. As a key member of our development team, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining our games using Unity 3D.
About the Role
We are seeking a skilled programmer with expertise in Unity game development technologies, including Unity 3D and C#. You will work closely with our design and audio teams to bring game ideas to life, from concept to finished product. Your responsibilities will include analyzing, designing, and developing new games, animating characters and objects in code, contributing to the design and audio features of the game, producing prototypes of gameplay ideas and features, participating in the development of project schedules and milestones, polishing the game, evaluating code for efficiency, fixing bugs, and future-proofing our products. Additionally, you will test and debug your work for accuracy and functionality before submitting it to QA.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- 2+ years of on-the-job Unity 3D experience
- Experience implementing animations in games and applications
- Agile development experience
- Skilled with Unity game development technologies
- Unity 3D expertise
- C# expertise
- Creativity and imagination
- Flexibility and adaptability
- Strong team-oriented interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong analytical problem-solving skills
- The ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

Salary
This position offers a competitive salary of $80,000 - $100,000 per year, based on experience. Our benefits package includes health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
