About the Role:
The Registered Nurse (RN) is a vital member of our healthcare team, responsible for providing high-quality patient care and leading a team of healthcare professionals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, performing medical procedures, and developing individualized care plans.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care and achieve optimal outcomes.
- Lead and mentor a team of healthcare professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent patient care.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and outcomes.
Requirements:
- Associate Degree of Nursing (ADN) or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
- Current Texas RN License
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification
- Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification (within 90 days of hire)
Preferred Qualifications:
- PACU, ICU, ER, or other acute care experience
