Gecko Hospitality is seeking a passionate and experienced Executive Chef to lead our culinary team in creating exceptional dining experiences for our guests.

As the Culinary Director, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of kitchen operations, including menu development, food quality control, staff training and management, and cost control. Your leadership and expertise will be instrumental in maintaining our high standards of excellence and driving culinary innovation.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement creative and innovative menus that showcase fresh, seasonal ingredients and align with our brand identity.
  • Ensure consistent food quality and presentation across all dishes served.
  • Manage and mentor a team of culinary professionals, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
  • Establish and maintain strict sanitation and safety standards in the kitchen.
  • Control food costs and minimize waste through efficient inventory management and portion control.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service and guest satisfaction.
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as an Executive Chef or Culinary Director in a high-volume, upscale dining establishment.
  • Strong culinary skills and knowledge of various cooking techniques and cuisines.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and prioritize effectively.
