As a Behavioral Health Clinician with Hope Network Behavioral Health, you will play a critical role in delivering high-quality care to our clients. Our team of experienced professionals is committed to creating a supportive and inclusive environment that fosters growth and recovery.
Here are some of the key responsibilities of this role:
- Therapy Services: Provide individual and group therapy sessions to clients, using evidence-based practices to address a range of mental health concerns.
- Case Management: Coordinate and ensure client involvement in the Person-Centered Planning Process (PCP), developing and implementing individualized plans of service to meet their unique needs.
- Coordination of Care: Communicate with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate the coordination of client intakes, discharges, and transfers, ensuring seamless transitions and optimal outcomes.
Requirements:
- Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, or a related field.
- Current licensure as a Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW), Licensed Psychologist (LP), or Limited License Counselor (LLC).
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines.
