About the Opportunity

Under the supervision of a licensed nurse, you will provide direct care to residents, including assistance with daily living activities, personal care, and mobility needs. You will also respond to inquiries, report pertinent information, and maintain a safe and clean environment.

We offer a range of shifts to suit your lifestyle, including full-time and part-time positions. Our competitive hourly rate is up to $22.00, which includes a shift differential for PM and Night shifts. In addition, we offer incentive pay for working additional hours beyond your schedule.

What You'll Do
  • Provide quality nursing care to residents in a supportive and respectful environment
  • Assist residents with daily living activities, such as grooming, hygiene, feeding, transfer, ambulation, and range of motion
  • Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare teams
  • Maintain accurate records and reports
Requirements
  • Current Certified Nursing Assistant certificate with the Wisconsin Nurse Aide Registry
  • Knowledge of regulatory and accreditation standards
  • Respectful and helpful demeanor
  • Reliable attendance
  • Ability to adapt to changing situations
