  • Financial Operations
    • Reconcile all hotel cashier transactions to ensure accuracy and completeness.
    • Review and compile management reports on a timely basis to identify trends and areas for improvement.
    • Audit and reconcile financial and statistical reports to ensure compliance with hotel standards.
  • Guest Service
    • Provide exceptional guest service, including check-in, check-out, and switchboard operations.
    • Respond to guest requests and resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Communication
    • Effectively communicate with all levels of management and employees to ensure seamless operations.
    • Provide clear and concise information to guests and employees regarding hotel policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • Education
    • High School diploma or equivalent required.
    • Guest Service Experience preferred.
  • Skills
    • Computer knowledge and skills required.
    • Ability to work with financial information and data.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Work Environment
    • Sedentary work, exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally.
    • Late/Overnight shift required.
