Job Title: Registered Behavior Technician or Paraprofessional

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Registered Behavior Technician or Paraprofessional to join our team at Soliant Education. This is a full-time position for the 2024/2025 school year, working onsite with a caseload of elementary and high school students.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist with academics and behavior support for students
  • May involve assistance with toileting and other daily living skills
  • Work collaboratively with teachers and other support staff to develop and implement individualized education plans
Requirements:
  • Minimum 1+ years of experience as a Behavior Specialist
  • License to practice in the state of Rhode Island
  • Detail-oriented and reliable with excellent communication skills
