At Finalsite, we're seeking a skilled Data/Operations Analyst to join our Professional Services team. This role combines data analytics with operational expertise to drive efficiency and inform strategic decisions.
The ideal candidate will collect and analyze complex data sets, develop reports and KPI dashboards, and identify trends to enhance processes. They will collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement data-driven solutions and ensure data accuracy, integrity, and compliance with industry standards.
Key responsibilities include:
- Collecting, analyzing, and interpreting complex data sets from various sources
- Developing and maintaining dashboards and reports for key performance indicators
- Identifying trends and patterns to optimize operational processes
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement data-driven solutions
- Ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and compliance with industry standards
Requirements include a Bachelor's degree in Analytics, Business, Computer Science, or a related field, and 3+ years of experience in data analysis and operational improvement. Experience with Salesforce or CloudCoach is preferred, as well as proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools. Strong problem-solving and communication skills are essential.
