Job Overview

This role focuses on ensuring the safety and security of our associates, customers, and merchandise. As an Asset Protection Associate, you will be responsible for investigating and resolving complex problems, working to prevent and mitigate losses.

Key Responsibilities
  • Investigate and analyze incidents to identify root causes and implement corrective actions
  • Develop and maintain relationships with associates, customers, and vendors to promote a safe and secure work environment
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address potential security risks
  • Provide training and guidance to associates on security procedures and protocols
  • Monitor and report on security-related metrics and trends
