Job Overview:

Primary Responsibilities:

  • The selected candidate will become a vital member of our Client Engineering Team, focusing on the management, enhancement, automation, and performance optimization of our extensive Client environment.
  • Utilizing Lean Agile methodologies, the candidate will lead implementation efforts.
  • The role encompasses responsibilities for system architecture, data analytics, performance oversight, automation, and some administrative tasks related to Client deployments across the organization.
  • Effective communication skills are essential for collaborating with both technology and business teams to gather requirements and deliver effective solutions.
  • Develop and maintain automation tools for CI/CD workflows utilizing technologies such as Terraform, OpenShift, Bitbucket, and others.
  • Work closely with development teams to integrate automation tools into the software development lifecycle.
  • Design and implement automation frameworks and processes to enhance software testing and deployment efficiency.
  • Collaborate with infrastructure teams to ensure seamless integration of automation tools with relevant infrastructure components.
  • Identify and resolve technical challenges associated with automation tools and processes.
  • Document automation tools and processes comprehensively.

Essential Qualifications and Technical Expertise:

  • Minimum of 5 years of advanced experience as a Client Architect.
  • Proficient in search head and indexer clustering topology.
  • Hands-on experience with shell scripting and system administration on both Linux and Windows platforms.
  • Familiarity with programming languages such as Java, Python, and/or Windows scripts.
  • In-depth knowledge of regular expressions.
  • Strong analytical and debugging skills.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to drive collaboration among vendors, system administrators, and other stakeholders.
  • A creative mindset with a proven track record of implementing innovative technology solutions.
  • Experience with deployment tools such as Ansible, Puppet, Chef, BladeLogic, and/or AutoSys.
  • Experience in secure, multi-data center environments.
  • Familiarity with other monitoring tools.
  • Educational background in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related quantitative field (BS/MS).
  • Client Enterprise Certified Administrator and Client Enterprise Certified Architect credentials are preferred.
  • Soft skills include the ability to resolve conflicts and influence positive outcomes, strong leadership capabilities, and the ability to foster creative thinking for innovative solutions.
  • Ability to communicate effectively and work collaboratively within a fast-paced team environment.
