Key Responsibilities:

* Plan, organize, and conduct a variety of activities for residents
* Provide individualized activity care and services
* Work collaboratively with the interdisciplinary team to foster team success

Requirements:

* High school diploma or GED
* Prior work/life experiences, preferably in a healthcare setting
* Basic computer literacy and skills
* Active state driver's license
