Key Responsibilities

As an MRI Technologist, you will be responsible for preparing patients for diagnostic procedures, operating MRI equipment, and ensuring the highest level of patient safety and comfort. You will work closely with physicians to obtain diagnostic scans and provide accurate imaging results. Your attention to detail, analytical skills, and ability to interpret information will be essential in identifying each patient's requirements for care relative to their age-specific needs.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a High School Diploma or GED, with a 2-year Associate Degree preferred. You must be certified and registered by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) in MR - RT(R)(MR) or RT(MR) within 6 months of hire. Additionally, you will need to have a minimum of one year of experience in MR, with IV credentialed and applicable state license. Your thorough knowledge of MRI imaging equipment, analytical ability, and basic computer skills will be essential in this role.
