Position Summary
The Recruiter will deliver professional recruitment and administrative support to our PEO clients. This role will serve as a trusted resource for recruitment practices, manage all recruitment-related administration within set timelines, and maintain excellent communication with both clients and candidates.
Compensation: $45,000 - $50,000 per year
Key Responsibilities

  • Address all recruitment inquiries in a client-focused manner, providing comprehensive information and guidance.
  • Ensure a positive experience for both external and internal candidates.
  • Respond to inquiries from Hiring Managers promptly.
  • Communicate effectively across various channels, including phone, in-person, and email.
  • Maintain the recruitment system in alignment with organizational changes, adding new users and posts as necessary.
  • Generate reports, analyze recruitment metrics, and monitor performance, offering informed recommendations and proactively addressing issues.
  • Continuously review recruitment practices for compliance with legal standards and organizational policies, escalating concerns as needed.
  • Work within agreed timelines to provide exceptional service, minimize agency back-fill costs, and retain high-quality candidates.
  • Support ad-hoc tasks and future organizational initiatives as required.
  • Uphold applicant and employee confidentiality in accordance with data protection policies.
Qualifications and Skills
  • Proficient in computer applications, particularly Windows-based programs.
  • Strong skills in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.).
  • Excellent time management abilities with a focus on prioritizing tasks.
  • Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving capabilities.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • High School diploma required; Bachelor's Degree preferred.
  • Preference given to candidates residing in a HUBZone.
  • Veterans and spouses of Veterans living in a HUBZone will receive preference.
