About the Role

We're looking for a talented and motivated individual to join our team as a Seasonal Sales Associate. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a high level of store appearance, and supporting store productivity during peak periods.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide excellent customer service, including greeting, assisting, and resolving customer inquiries
  • Maintain a high level of store appearance, including replenishing and recovering merchandise, and adhering to visual presentation standards
  • Support store productivity during peak periods, including assisting with sales floor coverage and maintaining a positive and productive work environment
  • Assist with bagging customer purchases and maintaining a clean and organized sales floor
  • Comply with all company policies, procedures, and programs, and follow directives from store management

About You

We're looking for a team player who is available to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. You should be able to lift up to 40 pounds, and have reliable transportation. A high school diploma or GED is required.
