Key Responsibilities
  • Greet and Engage Clients

Meet and greet clients, engage them to understand their needs and preferences, and provide personalized assistance to ensure a seamless shopping experience.

  • Merchandise Assistance

Assist clients in finding merchandise, recommend additional products or alternatives, and provide expert knowledge on sales and promotions.

  • Customer Service

Provide exceptional customer service, answer clients' questions, and maintain a high level of product knowledge to ensure client satisfaction.

  • Store Operations

Assist with restocking merchandise, maintain store security standards, and perform light cleaning duties to ensure a clean and safe shopping environment.

Requirements
  • Education and Experience

High School diploma, GED, or equivalent certificate required. Minimum one year of previous customer service or sales experience preferred.

  • Skills and Abilities

Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and strong communication skills required. Bi-lingual skills a plus.

  • Physical Requirements

Ability to lift up to 25lbs, stand and/or walk for eight hours per shift, and bend, kneel, and stoop as needed.
