Assistant Professor: Extension Specialist Precision Agriculture Systems

We are seeking a highly qualified Assistant Professor: Extension Specialist Precision Agriculture Systems to join our team at the University of Georgia's Tifton Campus. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to the development of innovative agricultural methods that safeguard natural resources.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement research and extension programs in precision agriculture systems
- Collaborate with faculty and staff to advance the university's mission in agriculture and natural resources
- Provide leadership and expertise in precision agriculture systems to stakeholders and the broader community
- Teach and mentor students in precision agriculture systems
The successful candidate will have a strong background in precision agriculture systems, extension education, and research. A Ph.D. in a relevant field is required, and experience in teaching and extension is highly desirable.
