Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Inspector Packer to join our team at Resource Employment Solutions. As an Inspector Packer, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and accuracy of our products as they move through the packaging process.

Key Responsibilities
  • Erect cartons and securely tape the bottoms closed.
  • Oversee the conveyor or machinery, promptly notifying the supervisor of any issues.
  • Place erected cartons on the conveyor or fill station.
  • Load inspected products into cartons with care.
  • Tape or seal cartons securely.
  • Apply labels and complete necessary paperwork.
  • Arrange completed cartons onto skids in the required pack pattern.
  • Shrink-wrap products as directed.
Requirements
  • Must be able to stand, bend, squat, lift, and reach.
  • Able to lift up to 30 lbs frequently, with a maximum of 50 lbs.
  • Good vision or corrective glasses.
  • Basic English skills (reading, writing, speaking) or bilingual abilities preferred.
  • Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division).
  • Comfortable working in a warm environment.
Shifts and Pay
  • 3rd Shift: M-F
  • 10 PM - 6:30 AM
  • Pay: $18/hour
