Avera is seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our patient-focused team. As an LPN, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality nursing care to our patients.
Key Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, performing vital signs, and documenting patient information.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Conduct patient assessments, identify potential health risks, and develop strategies to mitigate them.
- Participate in multidisciplinary rounds to discuss patient progress and adjust care plans as needed.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Graduate from a CCNE or NLN accredited nursing program.
- Current licensure as a LPN in the State of South Dakota or meeting the requirements of Multi-state licensure.
- Two years of experience in a patient care setting preferred.
- Competitive hourly rate: $31.50 per hour.
- Varied shifts, including 48 hours every two weeks.
