Job Summary

As a Cloud Infrastructure Specialist at VDart, you will be responsible for designing and engineering End User Devices and related platform Software environment standards that meet the company's business and security needs while optimizing functional, price, and performance requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with platform architects to design and implement functional systems.
Provide advanced administration and troubleshooting including security patching and capacity planning.
Support development efforts by building and configuring server infrastructure components as per requirements.
Participate in the planning and assist execution of disaster recovery.
Secure and harden vulnerability findings.
Assist to perform root cause analysis and remediation problems as required.

Additional Responsibilities

Maintain system performance by performing system monitoring and analysis, performing tuning, troubleshooting, system hardware, installation, firmware patching, and software patching.
Implement processes and procedures to reduce and eliminate platform-related outages and downtime.
Troubleshoot and assist resolve escalated issues.
Provide design and architecture consulting to the company as requested.

Requirements

Experience with disaster recovery and business continuity planning.
Strong understanding of security patching and capacity planning.
