We are seeking a skilled Utilization Review RN to join our team at LifeBridge Health. As a Utilization Review RN, you will conduct concurrent and retrospective chart reviews to ensure accurate and efficient care delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct chart reviews to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to reduce delays and denials
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement effective care plans
- Provide education and training to staff on utilization review best practices
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and outcomes
Requirements:
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree from an accredited institution
- Current Maryland Registered Nurse License
- American Heart Association CPR Certification
- Experience in utilization review and discharge planning
