We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse to join our Neuro ICU team at Carondelet St. Joseph's Hospital. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide direct patient care and work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure the highest level of patient satisfaction and outcomes.
Responsibilities- Implement and monitor patient care plans, ensuring that patients receive the highest level of care and attention.
- Monitor, record, and communicate patient condition as appropriate, working closely with the healthcare team to ensure seamless care.
- Assess and coordinate patient discharge planning needs, ensuring a smooth transition to post-acute care.
- Provide education and support to patients and families, empowering them to take an active role in their care.
- Valid current Arizona Nursing License or compact state license and ability to become Arizona Licensed in 30 days.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association.
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification from the American Heart Association, Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS), or Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification, as required by the department.
- Graduation from an accredited School of Nursing.
