Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Behavior Technician to join our team at Soar Autism Center. As a Behavior Technician, you will play a vital role in providing one-on-one Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA) therapy to children aged 2-6 in our clinic.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver High-Quality ABA Therapy: Implement intervention plans crafted by our expert Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs), ensuring alignment with ABA therapy principles.
- Foster Strong Relationships: Develop and maintain positive relationships with families, providing regular updates on their child's progress within the ABA framework.
- Continuing Education: Engage in ongoing training and development, staying up-to-date with advancements in ABA therapy and Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification.
Qualifications:
- Education and Certification: Strong preference for either enrollment in or completion of a degree program. Bonus for degrees in Child Development, Psychology, or related fields. Ability to achieve and maintain RBT certification (Soar will provide paid training).
- Experience and Skills: Previous experience working with children and a genuine enjoyment of working with children. Ability to work effectively as part of a team.

- Competitive Compensation: $20.50-$26.00/hour with regular bonus and promotion opportunities. All staff members are considered every 3 months for a raise or promotion.
