Registered Nurse - Operating Room (Rotating Shifts)
Job Overview:
GQR Healthcare is looking for a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team in the Operating Room. This position involves a commitment to a 13-week contract, with the potential for extension based on performance and unit needs.
Work Schedule:
The successful candidate will be expected to work 40 hours per week, with a rotating schedule that includes a mix of 8, 10, and 12-hour shifts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional patient care within the Operating Room environment.
- Adapt to the fast-paced dynamics of the surgical setting.
- Perform scrubbing and circulating duties as required.
- Maintain a strong presence to support patients and their families throughout the surgical process.
Qualifications:
- Active RN License is required.
- Certifications in BLS, PALS, and CNOR are preferred (CNOR not mandatory).
- A minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in pediatric nursing is essential.
- Demonstrated strong pediatric experience (3+ years).
