The Registered Nurse in this Intermediate Care Unit role is responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care. This involves utilizing the nursing process, collaborating with healthcare teams, and ensuring quality care through effective communication. The nurse must be able to work night shifts, including weekends and holidays, and have a current state license and relevant certifications.

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess strong assessment skills, be able to communicate effectively, and demonstrate a commitment to providing high-quality patient care. Scope: As a Registered Nurse, you will be expected to assess patients' psychological and physical needs, foster quality care, communicate effectively, and comply with evaluation, treatment, and documentation guidelines. You will also oversee care delivered by LPNs and/or CNAs, participate in clinical team conferences, and follow hospital, regulatory, and professional guidelines, policies, and procedures.
