Job Overview

Cloudshape is seeking a skilled Application Tester to join our growing team. As a key member of our IT & Engineering Portfolio, this individual will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of our customer's software applications.

This role requires a strong understanding of software testing principles, methodologies, and tools. The ideal candidate will have relevant experience in testing software applications, identifying and documenting defects, and collaborating with development teams to understand application requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan, design, and execute various testing strategies, including functional, regression, stress, and load testing.
  • Identify and document software defects and issues, ensuring they are tracked and resolved.
  • Collaborate with development teams to understand application requirements and functionalities.
  • Verify software performance, security, and compatibility across different platforms and devices.
Requirements
  • Relevant experience in software testing, preferably with a focus on application testing.
  • Strong understanding of software testing principles, methodologies, and tools.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with development teams and other stakeholders.
  • US Citizenship and an active secret security clearance are required.
