Key Responsibilities- Provide personalized financial aid guidance to students, including assistance with completing the FAFSA and other financial aid applications
- Communicate effectively with students, parents, and other stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate processing of financial aid documents
- Stay up-to-date on federal, state, and institutional regulations governing financial aid, ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and policies
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless student support and a positive overall experience
- At least 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field
- At least 1 year of experience in financial aid or a related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse populations
