Job Summary
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Nursing Aide to join our team at Southern Meadows, a Sonida Senior Living community. As a Nursing Aide, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our residents, promoting their independence and dignity.
Responsibilities
- Assist with instrumental activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming, while encouraging self-care and independence.
- Escort residents within the building and outside, as needed, to ensure their safety and well-being.
- Assist with setting up, serving meals, and cleaning up afterwards, maintaining a clean and safe environment.
- May assist with the planning and executing of activities for residents on a regularly scheduled basis, promoting socialization and engagement.
- Treat residents with dignity and respect at all times, upholding our commitment to excellence in care.
Qualifications
- High school graduate or GED preferred.
- Preferred knowledge and experience in nursing or senior living, home health, or similar.
