Estimating Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Estimating Specialist to join our team at RNR CONSTRUCTION LLC. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of providing accurate and detailed estimates for commercial construction projects.
The successful candidate will have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Key responsibilities include:
- Analyzing blueprints, specifications, proposals, and other construction documents to provide detailed estimates.
- Determining scope of work, soliciting bidders, and obtaining accurate subcontractor & supplier pricing and bids.
- Developing RFIs and clarifications to ensure accurate bid coverage.
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of experience in estimating for labor, material, and equipment.
- Excellent knowledge of estimating software and tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Salary Range:
$90,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience.
