Medical Dispensing Specialist

Responsibilities:
- Administer Medications: Dispense prescribed medications to patients in accordance with program policy and medical protocols.
- Maintain Dispensing Equipment: Calibrate pumps and maintain dispensing equipment to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
- Manage Inventory: Order, receive, and stock medication in accordance with DEA and State regulations.
- Assess Patients: Conduct daily assessments of patients to identify any changes or concerns.
- Collaborate with Team: Work closely with nursing supervisors and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care.
Qualifications:
- Licensure: Current and good standing LPN/LVN/RN license in New Mexico.
- Certification: Current CPR certification required.
- Skills: EMR and computer proficiency desired.
- Experience: Experience in chemical dependency preferred.
Compensation and Benefits:
We offer competitive compensation and benefits packages, including an estimated annual salary of $65,000-$80,000 based on experience. Additionally, our comprehensive benefits package includes health, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
