Job Overview:
The King's Kids Palace Development Center is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Part-time Floating Teacher to join our team. Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement lesson plans that cater to the diverse needs and interests of children.
  • Establish positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues to create a harmonious and productive environment.
  • Monitor and report on children's progress, identifying areas of strength and weakness.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to plan and deliver activities that meet the needs of all children.
  • Provide individualised support to children with special needs or requirements.

Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you will need:
  • A minimum of 6 months' experience working with children aged [insert age range].
  • A High School Diploma or equivalent qualification.
  • DSS screening and background check clearance.
  • Ongoing professional development to enhance your skills and knowledge.

Estimated Salary: $19-$23 per hour.
