Responsabilidades Clave

Encargado de llevar a cabo las operaciones diarias en el Centro de Compounding de Fresenius Kabi, el rol abarca todas las áreas funcionales de las Operaciones de Distribución y Almacenamiento. Las funciones incluyen, pero no se limitan a, la recepción de materias primas, almacenamiento, reposición, conteo cíclico de inventario, recepción de productos terminados, cumplimiento de pedidos, embalaje y entrega de productos terminados a los clientes, así como la limpieza y mantenimiento del área de trabajo.

ACTIVIDADES PRINCIPALES REALIZADAS POR EL INCUMBENTE

  • Seleccionar con precisión los pedidos de los clientes según el código de producto, número de lote y cantidad solicitada, trasladando los pedidos completados a las líneas de embalaje. Informar cualquier discrepancia o daño al Supervisor.
  • Verificar los pedidos seleccionados para asegurar la precisión de los números de lote y cantidades, documentando la finalización.
  • Empacar los pedidos de los clientes de acuerdo con los productos solicitados en el formulario de pedido, asegurando que los productos estén protegidos de pérdidas o daños.
  • Recoger, cargar y entregar productos terminados desde la planta de fabricación a hospitales y clínicas locales.
  • Garantizar buenas relaciones con los clientes al entregar pedidos a tiempo y comportarse con integridad de manera cortés y profesional.
  • Registrar y posiblemente resolver quejas de clientes, reportando problemas más complejos al personal de DC o al Servicio al Cliente para su resolución.
  • Bajo supervisión general, seguir las políticas y procedimientos establecidos por la empresa, aplicando habilidades adquiridas para recibir, descargar y almacenar materias primas y suministros de producción de camiones entrantes; almacenando en áreas apropiadas. Coordinar con Sistemas de Calidad según sea necesario.
  • Recibir y almacenar materiales en el almacén y realizar transacciones en sistemas ERP/SAP.
  • Inspeccionar documentos adjuntos a las cargas entrantes, completar la documentación de recepción, firmar entregas entrantes y mantener registros de envío/recepción.
  • Realizar una lista de verificación diaria de mantenimiento en todos los montacargas.
  • Participar en todas las actividades necesarias para mantener una planta limpia y segura.
  • Encargarse de contestar teléfonos y programar/recibir entregas.
  • Operar montacargas y otros equipos de transporte según sea necesario para mover materiales. Realizar mantenimiento rutinario normal para asegurar que el equipo se mantenga en buen estado de funcionamiento. Informar al Gerente de Materiales sobre cualquier problema de mantenimiento y/o reparación en el equipo operado. Cumplir con todas las normas de seguridad y operación.
  • Limpieza, mantenimiento y aseguramiento de una adecuada limpieza en las instalaciones y el camión de la empresa para cumplir y superar los requisitos de cGMP.
  • Realizar todas las tareas siguiendo los Procedimientos Operativos Estándar (SOP) establecidos y cumplir con todos los requisitos de cGMP.
  • Responsable de aprender todos los Procedimientos Operativos Estándar aplicables y cumplir con todas las regulaciones relacionadas con el manejo, almacenamiento y envío de Drogas Peligrosas.
  • Adherirse a todas las normas de Buenas Prácticas de Documentación (GDP).
  • Responsable de entender y cumplir con todas las políticas y procedimientos de la empresa.
  • Responsable de proyectos y tareas adicionales asignadas por el Supervisor.

Calificaciones Básicas

  • Diploma de HS/GED.
  • Un mínimo de 1-3 años de experiencia en un puesto de responsabilidad (por ejemplo, trabajador de almacén, cumplimiento de pedidos, etc.) y un buen conocimiento de todas las áreas funcionales de un entorno de almacén/distribución.
  • Conocimiento general de sistemas ERP (por ejemplo, SAP) preferido.
  • Conocimiento de Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Uso de tecnología de escaneo RF es un plus.

Competencias Clave

  • Fuertes habilidades organizativas y de comunicación (comunicación oral y escrita); capaz de articular ideas de manera efectiva.
  • Habilidades efectivas para resolver problemas y uso demostrado de buen juicio.
  • Capacidad para trabajar de manera efectiva dentro de un entorno de equipo – establece y comunica expectativas.
  • Capacidad para mantener la confidencialidad y discreción en las relaciones comerciales y ejercer un buen juicio empresarial.
  • Capaz de operar un Camión Industrial Motorizado (PIT), incluyendo, pero no limitado a, montacargas de pie, recogedores de cereza, montacargas de profundidad y montacargas de asiento. Se prefiere certificación de montacargas, o la empresa capacitará y apoyará el proceso de certificación. El incumbente deberá obtener con éxito la certificación de montacargas.
  • Bien versado en la ejecución de Órdenes de Transferencia de Reabastecimiento y su confirmación. Además, el incumbente debe tener capacitación en todas las áreas funcionales de distribuciones salientes, incluyendo selección, verificación, embalaje, rotación de stock, manifestación de bienes por paquete, generación de albaranes y otros documentos según sea necesario.
